Every event is a little different, so we have plenty of options and customizations to ensure you get exactly what you want. We encourage you to fill out the inquiry form with as much detail as possible so we can create a custom quote for your special day that includes everything you want.
We service Richmond Va and surronding areas. We are always happy to go where needed, but mileage rates apply.
Don’t need the bar or already have a bar at venue? No problem, We can provide just the bartender to service an already existing setup

Where’s the booze?
Due to Virginias strict ABC regulation, we unfortunately do not provide the alcohol. However, we can provide just about everything else you may need.
Are we insured?
We carry General Liability and Liquor liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance to any venue if needed. Since we do not provide or purchase alcohol, we do have ABC liquor licensing and require the person/event coordinator to purchase a day of banquet/event licensee for most events.
Do we have consultations?
Yes! All of our clients who book us for their event receive in depth alcohol consultation and purchasing list to ensure they only buy what they need.
What is required?
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your date and take it off of our booking availability. The remaining payment is not due until 2 weeks prior to your event.

Where do we service?
We service Richmond Va and surrounding areas up to 35 miles. We are happy to go where needed but, there will be a travel rates applied

What is a Dry Hire Mobile Bar?
Due to State law, we do not sell or provide alcohol directly.
We provide all bar essentials minus the alcohol. Every Package we offer excludes the price of alcohol. We require our clients to purchase their own. We provide you a detailed alcohol shopping list based on the menu you selected and guest count. This saves all of our clients on average 25% in total open bar costs as you will not get charged mark-up and have more control over your budget.
How it Works

Step 1: Send us an inquiry!
You can pick your drink package and other add-ons.
This is a very special day for you and we want to hear all ab out it! Give us as much detail as you can, Important details to include: Date, Type of event, types of beverages being served, length of event, and anything else you can think of.
Step 2. Once we get your inquiry, we will reach out to confirm the details and put together a custom quote based on your specific need.
Step 3. After you review your estimate, we can make any changes or add-ons as needed, before you accept the estimate. Once you accept the estimate, we will send you a contract, and get a 50% event deposit to secure your date.
4. Before your event, we will connect for a consultation where we will go over a timeline and finalize details such as guest count. our arrival time, what we’re providing and alcohol purchase list.
Disclaimer: Due to ABC restrictions and state laws you are required to purchase. the alcohol, bring it to the venue and take any leftover alcohol when event is over. We’ll take care of the rest. Don't worry, we’ll help every step of the way with a deatiled list of what to buyand how much. It’s actually more cost efficient for you!
5. We will arrive on the day of the event at the agreed upon time and connect with the point of contact for the day. We will begin setup and take care of every detail discussed for the bar service helping to make sure your event is the best day ever.
